As an important pressure reference instrument, piston pressure gauge is mainly used to calibrate other pressure instruments. It is one of the pressure reference instruments and currently the most cost-effective pressure reference equipment on the market. The piston pressure gauges produced by our factory are not only limited to obtaining national calibration certificates, but also focus on the convenience of measurement and use, making measurement efficiency higher and measurement work easier. Features

1. Meet the national metrological verification regulations of JJG59-2007 "Verification Regulations for Active Cold Pressure Gauge" and JJG99-2006 "Weights". The active cold rod and piston cylinder are finely ground with tungsten carbide material, ensuring good discernment of the piston.
2. Adopting a low center of gravity structure, the active cold system is more stable.
3. The piston system adopts a tungsten carbide integrated protection structure, with a protection shaft diameter of 10 millimeters. The protection shaft and piston rod are both made of tungsten carbide material and formed in one piece. Ensuring that the piston system is not damaged during use, this protection scheme is independently developed by our company to efficiently protect the piston system (currently applying for an invention patent).
4. The piston pressure gauge adopts an external displacement proximity sensor, which can display the real-time changes in the position of the piston system. The display system is a digital tube display, which is more intuitive. The piston displacement height is 0-3 millimeters. The external displacement system is not embedded in the piston system and does not affect the active protection system.
5. The piston pressure gauge adopts a drainage system, and there are oil discharge pipelines below the piston system and output interface. The oil flows directly back to the oil cup, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the piston table. The all-round oil discharge system far exceeds the single piston system, making the table more oil-free.
6. The piston cylinder adopts a self sealing system, and the sealing ring can ensure that there is no leakage after 30000 cycles of compression, truly achieving convenience and ease
